What We Do

The Interchange Foundation seeks to provide avenues for women and racial minorities, in Tennessee, to pursue careers and operate viable businesses in the science, technology, engineering, math and construction (STEM-C) fields by providing STEM and Construction-related support.

 

How We Give

 

Direct program activities

Direct program activities such as mentoring, coaching and workshops


Educational program grants

Educational program grants for programs which are STEM-C related, and in which women and minorities are actively recruited to participate.

Scholarships

Scholarships to students enrolled in approved educational programs


Grants to business

Grants to business owners which allow them access to educational opportunities

 

Benevolent assistance

To support women and minorities engaged in Interchange Foundation approved programs and initiatives which would include reimbursement of qualified expenses.
